Common areas of focus include ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment to major life changes. and other mental health concerns. Additional concerns may also be addressed.
Yes. Both in-person and telehealth appointments are available. Eligibility for telehealth services and the most appropriate format for care will be discussed during the initial consultation.
Appointments are typically scheduled for approximately one hour. Services are provided by appointment only.
The first session is an opportunity to talk about what brings you to counseling, discuss relevant background information, identify your goals, and begin developing a plan for treatment. You are not expected to tell your entire story or have everything perfectly organized during your first appointment.

Not every provider is the right fit for every person or situation. If your needs would be better served by another professional, specialty, or level of care, you may be given referral options for outside services.

Insurance coverage varies by individual plan. Being listed above does not guarantee that every plan or service is covered. Before beginning counseling, clients should verify their eligibility, deductible, copayment, coinsurance, and other financial responsibilities through Headway or directly with their insurance provider.
Self-pay services are also available. Current self-pay rates can be discussed during the initial consultation. A valid payment card must be kept on file for scheduled services.
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a scheduled session to avoid being charged.
